| | Metal (waterproof) PIN Keypad The AYC-Q64B is a vandal-resistant, waterproof, standalone, convertible integrated Prox Reader / PIN reader and controller. The AYC-Qx4 series automatically determines whether to function as a reader or as a controller. If the unit is connected to a access control unit, then it functions as a reader providing Wiegand data out. In this mode the number of users is only limited to the users supported in your access control system. If the unit is connected to a secure module such as the PC-25T PSU (101-178), it functions as a secured controller. As a controller, the units accept up to 500 users, and allow entry via a personal identification number (PIN) via a dry contact from the PC-25T Power supply unit which is mounted on the secure side of the door. The unit can be programmed to work as Card only, Pin only or Card & Pin. The pin code length for the controller has several options.
